  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship across the globe. International shipping rates are calculated upon checkout. Transit times vary depending on location. Please note, Fan Supply is not responsible for any custom charges due when parcel arrives to the destination country.

    • How can I track my order?

    Once your order ships you will be sent tracking information via email. Tracking numbers can be entered here.

    • How can I cancel my order?

    We can only process cancellations for active campaigns. Simply contact us with your order details and we’ll issue you a full refund.

    • Can I return or exchange my order?

    Due to the on-demand production of each item, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective. Should you feel your product is damaged or defective, please contact us and provide a photo of the damaged goods. A member of our customer service team will help to resolve the issue.

    • How are your products printed?

    We use state of the art screen printing only, no direct to garment prints here. Our product is premium, retail quality. Fan Supply's parent company produces apparel for many major brands and retailers that you know and love. Odds are you own a handful of shirts we've produced ;-)

    Feel free to email us at help@fan.supply. We’ll respond to your inquiry as soon as we can — typically within 24 hours.

    • When will my order ship?
    Order's are collected throughout the duration of the campaign. Once the campaign ends (countdown timer visible on product and homepage), all orders will be produced and shipped within 5 business days (usually just 2-3 days). Transit times can range anywhere from 1-7 business days for domestic orders. International orders can take up to 14 business days although they usually deliver much faster.
